A Work Order form must be completed for each batch and included with the fiber. Enclosing a business card or writing on the bag or box does not replace the need for a work order; only the work order remains with your fiber throughout the process. Upon receipt, we will confirm the order with you, provide an estimate and request a deposit.
Please note: Submitting a Work Order form does not reserve a slot in our production schedule. To do that, please check the current availability on the News page, then contact us. Once you are in the schedule, you will prepare your Work Orders and send/deliver your fiber prior to the start of your cycle.
